1. How long have you been podcasting?
One year, three months.
2. How many shows have you done?
56 for 64MM
3. How has your quality/performance changed since your first show?
Sometimes it is great, sometimes it is lacking, other times it is good. We strive to get good footage and good music for every show. The bar is constantly being raised in the video podcast field and we are always looking to innovate and keep on the cutting edge.
4. What podcasts do you listen to and which are your favorites?
Extra Super Action Show, iSkateboard's VidCast, Barefoot Radio, TWiT, Tiki Bar, Seed's Science and Culture Podcast, Infinite Smile, The DV Show, National Geographic News, Kats Cast
I subscribe to many more, but there are only so many hours in the day to listen. They are all my favorites.
5. Tell us about your show and who should be listening to it?
64MM skateboard videocast is a brief chunk of great skating in video format from Colorado, USA and beyond. Big wheels, loose trucks, pool coping and rocking PodSafe music for your inner-shredder or outer hessian self. Anyone who enjoys a bit of skateboarding and good tunes should dial it in.
6. What is your background (especially if relevant to your podcast)?
I am and electrical engineer with around 17 years of telecom and IT experience. I have been "doing the video thing" for approximately five years.
6.5 Is there anything else your listeners should know about you, your show, etc?
The show is going to keep cranking out some good video of our favorite skaters and great skate spots. The show will be traveling to Louisville, Ky in December for some skating if the weather holds. If not we'll be traveling elsewhere out east skating indoor spots. Next year we are looking to travel more, shoot more, skate more and sample more regional beers. We'll document the entire thing.
